Susan Adams joined the Office of the Employer Adviser (OEA) as Director in 2020.  Before joining the OEA, Susan was the Executive Director at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT) for ten years followed by a year as Director at the Office of the Worker Adviser.  Susan has a law degree from the University of Western Ontario, an LL.M from Osgoode Hall Law School and an undergraduate degree in economics.
