As previous visitors to our website will notice, we have a new, more colourful look, and we believe a more effective and intuitive site.  Our goal was to make it simpler for users to find the information they need.  We hope you will find it a better experience,  and that you give us your feedback if you wish on our comments page.  Our site is divided into three parts:  a workers’ compensation section for construction employers and another for non-construction employers as each has different requirements.  We also represent employers with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) reprisal matters, and have a separate site for these folks.  We will also be archiving our webinars and hope you will find that information useful.

As we approach the January 2020 launch date of the WSIB’s new Rate Framework initiative, we will be updating our site to ensure you get accurate and useful information about this major change in the WSIB’s premium rate setting process.  We will also be archiving Rate Framework webinars we do so you can view them at your convenience.
